北里微生物資源ライブラリーについて

Ōmura Satoshi Memorial Institute, Kitasato University has been accumulated producing bacteria of useful natural compounds about 40 years. Kitasato University Research Organization for Infection Control Sciences has also accumulated marine-derived microorganisms. In order to offer broad use of these microbial resources including bacteria, actinomycetes, and filamentous fungi, we disclosed database consisting of approximately 16,000 items of microbial resources information and natural compound information such as molecular formula of compounds, structure, biological activity, etc.

北里大学大村智記念研究所では約40年間におよび有用天然化合物の生産菌を蓄積してきました。北里大学感染制御研究機構もまた、海洋由来微生物等を蓄積してきました。細菌、放線菌、糸状菌から成るこれらの微生物資源等を広く活用していただくために、約 16,000 件の微生物資源情報、化合物の分子式、構造、生物活性などの天然化合物情報をデータベース化し公開しております。
